Role Description

Looking out for Sales & Marketing Manager for a reputed facilities management company. Having experience of 15-20 years.

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Bengaluru, for a Sales Marketing Manager. The role involves developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, identifying and optimizing growth opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving sales performance to meet business objectives. The successful candidate will oversee market analysis, build brand awareness, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to strategize and execute campaigns tailored to the home maintenance market.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in sales strategy, lead generation, and account management
• Proficiency in digital marketing, brand management, and campaign execution
• Experience in market analysis, customer segmentation, and competitive positioning
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work independently and manage teams effectively
• Familiarity with the home services or facility management industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Experience with digital marketing platforms and CRM tools preferred
• Salary-70,000 /-to 75,000/- per month
