Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Solapur for a Sales Marketing Manager. The Sales Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to drive revenue and brand growth. The role includes responsibility for identifying and engaging new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, leading product promotions, and managing marketing campaigns. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination of sales and marketing efforts aimed at expanding ShobhaFoods customer base.

Qualifications
  • Experience in sales strategies, relationship management, and business development
  • Familiarity with marketing campaigns, product promotion, and brand management
  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical abilities
  • Demonstrated capacity for negotiation, target achievement, and driving revenue growth
  • Proficiency in market research and competitor analysis
  • Knowledge of traditional food products and the Indian food industry preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently on-site and in a team environment
