Scylla Luxury Resort & Spa, an exclusive 25-key smart luxury retreat overlooking the Arabian Sea, is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales initiatives and elevate the resort's brand presence across national and international markets.
About the RoleThe Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving revenue, building strong market relationships, and positioning Scylla as a premier luxury destination for leisure travelers, corporate clients, international groups, and weddings. This role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, creativity, and deep understanding of luxury hospitality.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize room, F&B, weddings, MICE, and spa revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, DMCs, wedding planners, and online partners.
- Drive corporate, FIT, GIT, and group segment business.
- Conduct regular sales calls, property visits, and participate in trade shows/exhibitions.
- Negotiate rates, contracts, and partnerships to optimize revenue potential.
- Oversee OTA rate parity, promotions, and online distribution in coordination with the revenue team.
- Generate accurate monthly forecasts and sales performance reports.
Marketing Responsibilities- Develop annual marketing strategy aligned with resort objectives.
- Supervise creation of digital content, campaigns, and promotional materials across platforms.
- Coordinate photo/video shoots, branding, and storytelling showcasing Scylla's luxury offerings.
- Plan and execute campaigns for festivals, long weekends, weddings, F&B concepts, spa promotions, etc.
- Manage all social media pages, influencer tie-ups, and PR activities.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all customer touchpoints.
- Work closely with the Marcom Head on creative campaigns and luxury collaterals.
General Responsibilities- Lead and guide the Sales & Marketing team to achieve targets.
- Work closely with General Manager on revenue strategies and business planning.
- Ensure excellent guest communication, pre-arrival coordination, and brand representation.
- Strong coordination with reservations, F&B, front office, and spa for seamless operations.
Requirements- Mandatory: Minimum 46 years of experience in luxury hotel/resort industry (applications without luxury experience will not be considered).
- Proven track record in sales, business development, and marketing leadership.
- Strong network with corporate, travel trade, and wedding segments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Creative mindset with strong digital marketing knowledge.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent results.
