Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive admissions and brand awareness.
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, print media, and outdoor advertising.
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, and local educational partners for collaborations and tie-ups.
- Conduct seminars, events, and promotional activities to attract prospective students.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to plan effective marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with the sales/admission team to ensure lead conversion and target achievement.
- Prepare and monitor marketing budgets and reports on campaign performance.
- Lead, train, and motivate the marketing team to achieve organizational goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 27 years of experience in marketing (preferably in the education sector).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with strong leadership and analytical abilities.
