With a growing clientele and expanding project portfolio, we are seeking a driven and well-connected Sales & Marketing Manager to help strengthen our market presence and client network.

Role Overview

The Sales & Marketing Manager will spearhead business development, lead generation, and branding activities for our architectural and interior design services. This role is ideal for someone with strong networking capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working in the design and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies tailored to architecture and interior design services.
  • Actively network with builders, developers, brokers, vendors, societies, and potential clients to build strong business relationships.
  • Identify new projects, client leads, and collaboration opportunities in residential, commercial, and redevelopment segments.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and local community networks to expand the firm's visibility.
  • Present service offerings, design capabilities, and project portfolio to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the design team for proposals, presentations, and BOQs when required.
  • Maintain client data, track inquiries, follow up consistently, and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare regular performance and pipeline reports for management.

Key Requirements

  • Experience in Sales/Business Development preferred but not mandatory.
  • Freshers or interns with strong networking abilities are can apply.
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to build and maintain professional connections.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to confidently represent the firm in meetings and events.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
  • Understanding of architectural/interior design terminology is an added advantage.
