Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Mumbai. The Russian Sales Manager will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with clients in Russian-speaking markets. Primary responsibilities will include generating leads, handling customer inquiries, preparing and executing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing sales deals. Additional tasks may involve collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, market trend assessment to drive business strategies, and providing timely feedback and reports to management.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills with experience in lead generation, relationship management, and meeting sales targets.
- Proficiency in Russian and English, both written and spoken, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with the export market and knowledge of international trade regulations, particularly in Russian-speaking regions, is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Technical knowledge of engine spare parts and the automotive, marine, or industrial sectors is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior sales or account management experience in a similar domain is highly desirable.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving challenges effectively.
