Job Description:

Seeking dynamic Sales / Marketing Manager with 3+ years of experience in real estate

Sales - (apartment/flat sales). Responsible for lead generation, client handling, site visits, sales closure, and revenue generation. Strong skills in negotiation, customer relationship management (CRM), sales targets achievement, and market analysis are essential. Must have experience in end-to-end sales cycle, property pitching, and deal closure.

Marketing - * Manage ATL campaigns (digital ads, print, hoardings, branding)

* Execute BTL activities (site events, roadshows, kiosks, flyers)

* Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and sales team

* Track campaign performance and lead conversion

* Support project launches and promotional activities
