Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Kozhikode. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, managing sales teams, and achieving sales targets. This role involves identifying new sales opportunities, creating sales reports, and ensuring excellent customer service. Collaboration with marketing and other teams to implement effective sales campaigns will also be a key part of this position.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in sales strategies, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets
• Experience in leading and motivating sales teams to ensure objectives are met
• Strong analytical skills for market research and sales reporting
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Knowledge of the real estate market is advantageous
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
• Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode and demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills
