Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Jaipur, with occasional work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Marketing Manager will develop, execute, and monitor marketing strategies to drive student acquisition and enrollment. Responsibilities include creating sales campaigns, analyzing market trends, managing digital marketing initiatives, overseeing CRM systems, collaborating with sales teams, and identifying growth opportunities. The role also involves devising partnership strategies, developing marketing content, and supervising the implementation of promotional campaigns.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Sales Strategy, Sales Management, and Business Development
  • Experience with Marketing Campaigns, Branding, and Promotional Activities
  • Expertise in Digital Marketing, including SEO, SEM, and Social Media Marketing
  • Ability to analyze market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and assess consumer behavior
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Experience in EdTech or education sectors is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
