Your Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard dairy companies in Punjab for ethnoveterinary products and convert them into loyal customers.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of animal healthcare products to dairy companies.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for our product portfolio.
- Conduct farmer training programs, field visits, and product demonstrations.
- Submit regular reports, including daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly/annual territory analyses to management.
Eligibility to Apply:
- 35 years of sales experience in the dairy industry.
- Proven experience managing a team.
- Familiarity with dairy companies, dairy farms, FPOs, and NGOs in Punjab.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
