About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead Railwire Broadband business operations across UP East, UP West, and Haryana. The candidate will be responsible for driving new subscriber acquisition, managing channel partners (ANPs/LCOs), and ensuring sustainable revenue growth in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve broadband subscriber and revenue targets.
- Identify, onboard, and manage Access Network Providers (ANPs) / Local Cable Operators (LCOs).
- Strengthen existing partner relationships through regular engagement, reviews, and performance tracking.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and local customer demands to plan expansion strategies.
- Drive localized marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to improve Railwire's market penetration.
- Coordinate with technical, back-office, and operations teams to ensure smooth provisioning and after-sales support.
- Ensure all partners adhere to Railwire's commercial and operational policies.
- Prepare and present monthly sales performance reports and forecasts.
- Achieve KPIs related to revenue growth, subscriber additions, and churn reduction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 57 years of experience in broadband / telecom / ISP sales, preferably with multi-region exposure.
- Strong leadership and partner management skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Deep understanding of broadband industry dynamics in UP and Haryana regions.
- Ability to travel extensively across multiple districts and manage on-ground teams.

- Monthly and quarterly subscriber additions.
- Regional revenue growth vs. target.
- Active partner engagement and satisfaction.
- Churn reduction percentage.
- Timely execution of regional marketing activities.
