Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and dynamicSales & Marketing Executiveto join our team. The role involves driving sales growth, managing leads, enhancing brand presence, and building strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and community stakeholders.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound leads; provide timely follow-ups.
  • Conduct property tours for prospective residents and families.
  • Understand customer needs and present suitable living solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, hospitals, doctors, and referral partners.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for smooth onboarding of new residents.

Marketing Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online & offline).
  • Coordinate with digital teams for social media, website, and ad campaigns.
  • Participate in events, exhibitions, and community outreach programs.
  • Support content creation for brochures, ads, and promotional materials.
  • Track marketing performance and suggest improvements.
  • Build brand visibility across local markets and partner networks.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 15 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, Healthcare, or Hospitality (preferred).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and handle customer queries with empathy.
  • Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results.
  • Comfortable working on weekends (with weekly offs adjusted).
