Role Overview
- The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing integrated marketing strategies that strengthen Peeco Group's brand, promote its product portfolio, and support business growth. This role requires close collaboration with sales, leadership, and technical teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives and sustainability goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Drivenew business developmentfor engineering compounds (PP,Nylon, ABS, and related materials) by identifying new customers, applications, and market opportunities.
- Leadcustomer trials and application development, including material selection, processing support, and on-site trial coordination at customer locations.
- Managesampling, testing, and approval processeswith customers, OEMs, and Tier-1 suppliers to ensure timely grade approval.
- Act as thetechnical interfacebetween customers and internal R&D, production, and quality teams during trial and approval stages.
- Convert approved samples intocommercialized business, ensuring smooth transition from trial to regular production and supply.
- Supportcommercial discussions, including pricing, cost-performance optimization, and order finalization in coordination with management.
- Monitor trial performance, customer feedback, and corrective actions to ensure long-term account retention.
- Build and maintain astrong sales pipelinefrom development stage to recurring orders.
