Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager for the Bengaluru region. The Sales Marketing Manager will lead sales and marketing initiatives to promote and expand the company's reach in the windows and doors market. Responsibilities include strategizing marketing campaigns, identifying potential partners and clients, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves market analysis to identify growth opportunities and closely collaborating with internal teams for enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability in Strategic Sales Planning, Market Research, and Business Development
  • Expertise in managing client relationships, Negotiation, and Communication
  • Experience in Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, and Campaign Management
  • Skills in Leadership, Team Management, and Performance Tracking
  • Proficiency in CRM software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the manufacturing or construction industry
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work on-site, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a dynamic business environment

Minimum 3 years experinece in Aluminium or uPVC doors and windows Sales.
Own vehicle and driving License.
