This is a full-time, on-site role based in North Goa for a Sales Marketing Manager. The role involves overseeing and implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to achieve business objectives. Key responsibilities include managing marketing campaigns, driving lead generation, analyzing market trends, building client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize sales. The Sales Marketing Manager will also identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer acquisition.

• Experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Customer Acquisition
• Proficiency in Marketing Strategy, Digital Marketing, and Campaign Management
• Strong skills in Market Analysis, Data Interpretation, and Performance Metrics Tracking
• Leadership, Communication, and Team Collaboration abilities
• Proven ability to meet targets, innovate within a dynamic market, and adapt strategies effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
• Familiarity with the real estate industry and North Goa market trends is an advantage
• Proficiency in relevant tools and CRM platforms
