This is a high-ownership role for someone who understands B2B SaaS sales, relationship-driven selling, and preferably the Indian legal ecosystem.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Build and execute LawCentral's go-to-market and sales strategy.
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Identify high-potential customer segments such as Supreme Court advocates, High Court litigators, boutique law firms, and legal consultants.
- Create pricing, packaging, and sales motion recommendations based on market feedback.
- Build a repeatable sales playbook for demos, follow-ups, onboarding, renewals, and upsells.
Customer Acquisition
- Generate leads through direct outreach, referrals, legal networks, bar associations, LinkedIn, WhatsApp groups, law firm partnerships, and legal events.
- Run product demos for lawyers and law firms.
- Convert trial users into paid customers.
- Build strong relationships with senior advocates, independent litigators, law firm partners, and legal operations teams.

Team Building
- Hire, train, and manage the sales team as the company grows.
- Set sales processes, CRM discipline, reporting systems, and performance metrics.
- Mentor junior sales executives and business development associates.
- Create scripts, pitch decks, objection-handling guides, and demo flows.
Market Feedback & Product Collaboration
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to share customer feedback.
- Identify the most requested features, objections, and buying triggers from lawyers.
- Help refine product positioning, onboarding experience, and sales collateral.
- Understand how lawyers actually work and translate that into product and sales insights.
Partnerships
- Build partnerships with legal publishers, bar associations, legal influencers, law colleges, legal communities, and practice-management consultants.
- Explore channel partnerships and referral programs.
- Develop strategic enterprise opportunities with larger legal teams and firms.
Ideal Candidate
- 6+ years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, legal-tech sales, fintech, enterprise software, or professional-services sales.
- Strong understanding of relationship-based selling in India.
- Experience selling to lawyers, law firms, CA firms, consultants, or other professional service providers is a strong plus.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Comfortable doing both strategy and hands-on selling.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and demo skills.
- Ability to build trust with senior professionals.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to work in an early-stage startup environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, sales funnels, lead tracking, and pipeline management.
What We Are Looking For
The right person should be able to:
- Sell directly to lawyers and law firms.
- Understand legal workflows and customer pain points.
- Build trust quickly with senior advocates and firm owners.
- Create a structured sales process from scratch.
- Bring discipline, urgency, and ownership to revenue generation.
- Think like a founder, not just a sales employee.
Good to Have
- Existing network among advocates, law firms, legal consultants, or bar associations.
- Experience in SaaS subscription sales.
- Experience selling AI, workflow automation, CRM, ERP, or productivity tools.
- Understanding of Indian litigation workflows, court processes, legal research, or case management.

- Demo-to-paid conversion rate.
- Customer retention and renewal rate.
- Sales pipeline quality and predictability.
- Number of strategic partnerships created.
- Feedback quality shared with product team.
