Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Marketing Manager role based in Chennai. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving property sales, developing and executing marketing plans, and managing lead generation campaigns across online and offline channels. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential customers, conducting site visits, presenting property features and benefits, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams on pricing, promotions, and inventory, tracking campaign performance, and preparing sales and marketing reports. The Sales Marketing Manager will mentor and guide the sales team, support brand-building initiatives, and ensure all sales and marketing activities align with business goals and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in real estate or related sectors, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies, manage campaigns, and analyze performance data to optimize results.
  • Comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and digital platforms to manage leads, follow-ups, and reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the Chennai real estate market and local regulations is preferred.
  • Willingness to work on-site, conduct property visits, and be available on weekends or extended hours when required.
