Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven marketing leader to head our Marketing, Branding, and Sales support functions. The role requires strong leadership capabilities, advanced analytical skills, and hands-on expertise in performance marketing and digital channels. The incumbent will be responsible for driving brand growth, market expansion, and measurable ROI through well-planned marketing strategies.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Lead and manage the Marketing, Branding, and Sales teams to achieve organizational goals.
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Drive brand development initiatives, including brand positioning, brand messaging, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
Oversee campaign planning, execution, and performance management across online and offline platforms.
Handle performance marketing initiatives to improve lead generation, conversions, and revenue growth.
Manage and monitor digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, and Social Media.
Provide new insights, ideas, and strategies to improve sales performance and market penetration.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and business goals.
Prepare, manage, and optimize marketing budgets to ensure efficient utilization and maximum ROI.
Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance using advanced analytics to drive data-backed decisions.
