Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot for a Sales Marketing Manager. The role involves planning and executing strategic marketing campaigns to promote the company's products. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, analyzing market trends to identify new business opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative sales strategies, managing marketing budgets, and ensuring the successful achievement of sales targets. The Sales Marketing Manager will also lead efforts to enhance brand visibility and drive customer acquisitions.

• Proficiency in Sales, strategic planning, and business development
• Strong expertise in Marketing, including digital marketing, market research, and campaign management
• Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Leadership and team management experience with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
• Data-driven decision-making skills with proficiency in analyzing metrics and trends
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Experience in the hardware manufacturing or related industry is advantageous
