Hiring for Nadargul and Gandipet Location

This role requires a proven marketing professional to exclusively develop, execute, and manage all Outdoor Advertising (OOH) activities focused on driving K-12 student enrollment across the Hyderabad region. You must have deep, specialized expertise in regional OOH media planning and buying and the ability to ensure maximum market penetration, while maintaining strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outdoor Advertising (OOH) Leadership: Plan, budget, and execute all outdoor media campaigns, including billboards, transit advertising (bus shelters, train wraps), local print media, and strategic ambient placements, ensuring high visibility, optimal positioning, and strict regulatory compliance within the Hyderabad market.
  • OOH Strategic Planning: Design and lead a comprehensive, measurable OOH media strategy focused on achieving yearly enrollment targets (e.g., 15% growth). This includes setting clear objectives, defining OOH-specific KPIs (e.g., reach, frequency, market share), and allocating the media budget effectively.
  • Performance Analysis: Consistently monitor, analyze, and report on OOH campaign performance, using location data, foot traffic analysis, and concrete metrics to inform decisions and optimize future placements for greater return on investment (ROI).
  • Collaboration and Alignment: Act as the primary liaison between the Marketing team, the Admissions Department, and Senior Management to ensure OOH creative messages align perfectly with overall enrollment goals.
  • Vendor Management: Select, negotiate with, and manage all external OOH production and media placement vendors, ensuring timely, high-quality execution and strict accountability for deliverables.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 4+ years of specialized experience in marketing, with at least 3 years exclusively focused on OOH media buying and placement within the Hyderabad area. Experience in the K-12 education or service sector is a strong plus.
  • Deep, demonstrated expertise in all facets of OOH media planning, buying, and placement within the Hyderabad area.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage a dedicated OOH marketing budget and track performance against specific enrollment goals.
  • Excellent organizational skills; you must manage complex media schedules, multiple vendors, and competing internal deadlines.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; you must clearly articulate OOH strategies and results, including technical details, to diverse audiences.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
