Job Description

The Sales Marketing Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and increasing the brand visibility of Deep Pulse's Background Verification (BGV) services. You will design strategies to reach HR Directors, CXOs, and Compliance Officers, convincing them that your Employee Checks are the most reliable, fast, and compliant in the market.

Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Sales
  • Corporate Acquisition: Identify and sign up mid-to-large scale corporate clients (IT, Banking, Retail, etc.) for recurring background screening services.
  • End-to-End Sales Cycle: Manage everything from cold outreach and lead generation to high-level presentations and final contract negotiation.
  • Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring their hiring needs are met and managing annual renewals.
2. Marketing & Brand Strategy (The Visibility Pillar)
  • Demand Generation: Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns (email, LinkedIn, and webinars) focused on the cost of a bad hire.
  • Content Strategy: Oversee the creation of sales collateral, including whitepapers on compliance, case studies, and pitch decks.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitors like First Advantage or AuthBridge to ensure Deep Pulse's pricing and technology remain competitive.
  • Event Representation: Represent the company at HR Tech summits, networking events, and corporate seminars.
3. Compliance & Product Liaison
  • Legal Expertise: Stay updated on data privacy laws (like the Digital Personal Data Protection Act) to advise clients on compliant screening practices.
  • Feedback Loop: Coordinate with the operations/technical team to improve the verification platform based on client feedback (e.g., faster Turnaround Time or better UI).
RequirementsExperience
37 years in B2B Sales, preferably in HR Tech, or Professional Services.
Industry KnowledgeDeep understanding of background verification (Criminal, Education, Past Employment, Credit).
CommunicationExceptional presentation and negotiation skills; ability to influence C-suite decision-makers.
TechnicalProficiency in CRM tools
EducationMBA or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Human Resources.
