Sales Marketing Manager

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Marketing Manager. The selected candidate will strategize and execute marketing campaigns, generate leads, and build customer relationships to drive sales. Responsibilities will also include market research, analyzing trends, setting sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities. The Sales Marketing Manager will collaborate with internal teams, manage client accounts, and contribute to enhancing brand awareness.

• Experience in Sales Strategy Development, Lead Generation, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong skills in Marketing Campaign Planning, Digital Marketing, and Brand Development
• Market Research, Competitor Analysis, and Data Interpretation capabilities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools, data analytics tools, and digital platforms
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and develop a high-performing sales team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
• Experience in manufacturing or plastics-related industries is preferred but not mandatory
