Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vijayawada and Hyderabad for a Sales Marketing Manager. The Sales Marketing Manager will focus on driving sales growth, implementing effective marketing strategies, managing client relationships, analyzing market trends, and leading a team to achieve set objectives. Key responsibilities will include devising sales plans, coordinating marketing campaigns, building brand awareness, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting business goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in sales planning, lead generation, and negotiation strategies
• Strong skills in communication, team leadership, and relationship management
• Ability to analyze sales trends and marketing performance metrics with knowledge of tools like excel, CRM.
• A Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 2 years of work in sales and marketing, ideally in the solar or construction industry.
• A proactive, goal-oriented, and team-driven approach to work
• Understand how solar panels work and can explain the benefits in a way that is easy to understand.
