Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Marketing Manager will oversee and execute strategies to increase product sales, manage client accounts, and build strong relationships with customers. Responsibilities include market research, creating marketing campaigns, identifying new business opportunities, executing sales initiatives, and analyzing market and sales data to optimize strategies. Cross-department collaboration and leading marketing projects will also be key components of the role.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation.
  • Marketing expertise encompassing campaign planning, digital marketing strategies, and branding initiatives.
  • Market Research and Analytical skills to assess current trends and customer needs effectively.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Team Leadership skills and a collaborative mindset to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Prior experience in the food or FMCG industry is advantageous.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
