Role Description
The Sales Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Tiruchirappalli. The responsibilities for this role include developing and executing marketing strategies to drive sales, managing showroom operations, leading and training a team of sales staff, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities. The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the manager will collaborate with the marketing team to create promotions and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and meet sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and marketing within the automobile or retail sector
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in developing and implementing marketing strategies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build customer relationships
- Analytical skills for market research and sales data evaluation
- Organizational and time management skills for overseeing showroom operations
- Proficiency in digital marketing is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
