Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Sales & Marketing Manager specializing in the USA Hotels/Hospitality/Motels sector. The Sales & Marketing Manager will oversee strategic sales initiatives, build partnerships with clients, develop marketing campaigns, and explore new market opportunities.

Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, setting sales targets, creating promotional strategies, and managing customer relationships while ensuring brand alignment and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Sales and Relationship Management skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Marketing Strategy, Market Analysis, and Campaign Development experience
• Proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Familiarity with the hospitality industry, particularly within the USA Hotels/Motels segment
• Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus
