Job Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote real estate plotting projects.
- Handle client inquiries, conduct site visits, and close property sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to analyze competitors, pricing trends, and customer demands.
- Train and guide sales executives to achieve team targets.
Key Skills Required- Proven experience in real estate sales & marketing (minimum 25 years preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
