Responsibilities
Lead Research & Prospecting (Your Core Focus)
- Identify and research companies that need voice AI solutions
- Build targeted lists of decision-makers using LinkedIn and research tools
- Track industry triggers and opportunities
- Maintain organized prospect databases
Outbound Campaign Support
- Craft personalized cold emails and LinkedIn messages
- Coordinate discovery calls with interested prospects
- Test different messaging approaches and track results
- Monitor responses and flag hot leads
Market Intelligence & Content
- Research competitors and market trends
- Help create LinkedIn posts and sales collateral
- Gather customer insights to refine our messaging
- Identify communities where our customers engage
Qualifications
Must-Haves:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed degree in Business/Marketing/Communications
- Excellent written English communication
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-starter who thrives with autonomy
Bonus Points:
- Previous B2B sales or LinkedIn prospecting experience
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Interest in AI/SaaS/technology
- Content writing or social media experience
- Entrepreneurial experience (built something, sold something)
