What You'll Do
Sales Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in-store with outfit selection and styling suggestions.
- Handle inquiries, explain rental processes, and drive conversions.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure excellent customer experience.
- Support B2B sales activities including collaborations with event planners, stylists.
- Track and analyze customer feedback to suggest improvements.
- Help plan and execute on-ground promotional activities and events.
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Create and curate engaging content for digital platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
- Work on marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and influencer collaborations.
- Assist in planning and executing photoshoots, pop-ups, and store events.
- Conduct local market research to identify potential customers and partnership opportunities.

- Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, CapCut, or Photoshop is a plus.
