We're Hiring: Sales Interns (HunterFarmer Model)
At Aeris Dynamics India, we work at the intersection of pharmaceuticals, cold chain logistics, and innovationensuring temperature-sensitive products move safely, compliantly, and intelligently across supply chains.
As part of our India growth journey, we are looking to onboard 2 dynamic Sales Interns for a 3 or 6-month internship, aligned to a Hunter & Farmer sales approach.
What will you do
This is not a sit-and-observe internship. You will be hands-on and market-facing:
Hunter role
Identify and prospect new customers across pharma, life sciences, and cold chain ecosystems
Research markets, build lead pipelines, and initiate first conversations
Learn how new business is created from the ground up
Farmer role
Support existing customer relationships
Understand account management, customer retention, and value expansion
Work closely with internal teams to deliver real solutions
In shortyou'll learn how sales really works in a specialised, high-value B2B industry.
Who should apply
We are open to freshers or candidates with up to 612 months of experience from backgrounds such as:
- Pharmacy
- Microbiology
- Biotechnology
- Life Sciences
- BMM / Mass Media & Communications
- Business Management / Marketing
- Logistics & Supply Chain Management
