Sales Strategy and Coverage:
- Establish coverage, distribution, and display under guidance of Head-Sales
- Focus on traditional channels to build distribution, visibility, and volumes
- Create PJPs (Planned Journey Plans) for all Sales Officers (SOs)
- Appoint distributors to achieve sales, coverage, and distribution objectives
- Establish primary and secondary targets town-wise and market-wise, broken down by month, week, and day
Team Leadership and Management:
- Manage, develop, train, control, and motivate the sales force across territories
- Conduct regular sales and business reviews to evaluate Territory Managers and their teams
- Fill vacancies in territories on time with support from Head Sales and HR
Marketing and Brand Execution:
- Execute all market plans as agreed with Head Sales
- Coordinate and execute marketing and brand activities in the territory
- Develop new potential retailer points in untapped markets
