Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role, we're seeking a Sales/Marketing Professionals based at Bangalore. You'll promote our products, manage sales and customer service, and build relationships with customers and partners through out Karnataka State. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Manage customer relationships, sales teams, and distribution networks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for new product development and marketing initiatives
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback sessions
  • Achieve sales targets, expand customer base, and enhance brand presence

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales/Marketing, preferably in the Home & Technical Textiles segment
  • Proven track record in business development, sales management, and team leadership
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-centric skills
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and regional languages (verbal and written)
  • Strong industry network and relationships with distributors, retailers, and suppliers
  • Ability to travel extensively within Karnataka.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in new product development, branding, and digital marketing
  • Knowledge of textile industry trends, materials, and manufacturing processes
  • Familiarity with CRM software, sales analytics tools, and market research methodologies
  • Six Sigma or any related certifications (added advantage)

Education: MBA Marketing (preferred)

Experience: >2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
