We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with strong knowledge of capital markets and a proven network within the broking industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand market share within the broking industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, sub-brokers, and other stakeholders in the capital market ecosystem.
- Identify business opportunities and generate leads through networking and industry connections.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to provide actionable insights.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Graduate (Finance, Business, Commerce, Science, Engineering, or related field preferred).
- Experience: 24 years in sales and marketing within the capital markets or broking industry.
- Strong understanding of financial products, trading platforms, and market operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proven track record of client acquisition and relationship management.
