Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with strong knowledge of capital markets and a proven network within the broking industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand market share within the broking industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, sub-brokers, and other stakeholders in the capital market ecosystem.
  • Identify business opportunities and generate leads through networking and industry connections.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to provide actionable insights.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate (Finance, Business, Commerce, Science, Engineering, or related field preferred).
  • Experience: 24 years in sales and marketing within the capital markets or broking industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, trading platforms, and market operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proven track record of client acquisition and relationship management.

  • Existing network and strong connections within the broking industry.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in approach.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM systems is an added advantage.
