Job Summary
We are hiring a result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive with minimum 1 year of experience in a coaching institute or education sector. The role involves student enrollment, lead conversion, counselings support, and executing marketing activities to increase admissions and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert student leads for coaching programs
- Counsel students and parents about courses, batches, fees, and exam preparation plans
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-ins, and inquiry follow-ups
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
- Maintain lead and follow-up records using CRM or Excel
- Plan and execute marketing activities such as seminars, demo classes, school visits, and education fairs
- Support digital marketing campaigns and lead nurturing efforts
- Coordinate with faculty and academic teams for smooth enrollments
- Provide accurate information and timely support to prospective students
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication, counselling, and persuasion skills
- Experience in admissions or education sales
- Ability to convert inquiries into enrollments
- Target-driven mindset with excellent follow-up skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Coaching Institute / Education Sales
- Experience in trading industry is an advantage
