Overview

We are seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing Executive who can drive growth through a mix of field outreach, digital marketing initiatives, client acquisition, and promotion of digital educational products. The role involves building institutional partnerships, increasing student enrolments, and supporting online course and digital product sales.

Responsibilities:-

Field Sales & Institutional Outreach

  • Visit schools, colleges, universities, and training institutes to establish collaborations and tie-ups
  • Promote academic programs, workshops, and certifications through on-ground meetings and presentations
  • Conduct campus activities such as seminars, demos, and career guidance sessions
  • Generate and convert student registrations through direct engagement

Digital Marketing & Online Promotion

  • Support execution of digital marketing campaigns (social media, WhatsApp marketing, email outreach)
  • Assist in promoting online courses, webinars, and digital products
  • Coordinate with internal teams or agencies for content, creatives, and lead campaigns
  • Track and follow up on digital leads and convert them into enrollments

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Acquire and manage institutional clients, partners, and B2B leads
  • Build long-term relationships with institutes, corporate clients, and student communities
  • Maintain accurate lead and client data using CRM or tracking tools

Reporting & Market Insights

  • Track daily activities, leads, conversions, and campaign performance
  • Collect feedback from institutions and students to improve offerings
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends

Requirement:-

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing is a plus)
  • 3-5 years of experience in field sales, education sales, or institutional marketing
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with extensive field work and meeting new people daily
  • Ability to convince, negotiate, and close student enrollments
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting
  • Two-wheeler with valid license preferred (if field travel is required)
  • Proven Track Record of successful collaboration

Qualifications:-

  • Experience working with educational institutes, training centers, or ed-tech companies
  • Existing network with colleges or coaching centers
  • Ability to conduct career counseling sessions
  • Fluency in local language(s) in addition to English
