Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our sales team, specializing in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB). The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and a deep understanding of the PEB industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Business Development:
  • Identify and target potential clients in the construction and infrastructure sectors for PEB solutions.
  • Generate leads, conduct sales presentations, and follow up with prospects to convert them into clients.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional support.
  1. Market Research:
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, understand industry trends, and keep abreast of competitor activities.
  • Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.
  1. Proposal and Quotation Management:
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients, ensuring they align with company pricing and terms.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals in a timely and effective manner.
  1. Collaboration with Technical Teams:
  • Work closely with the design and engineering teams to ensure that client requirements are clearly communicated and met.
  • Coordinate with the project management team to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  1. Sales Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, highlighting key performance metrics and sales forecasts.
  1. Event and Trade Show Participation:
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and promote PEB solutions.
  • Organize and participate in client meetings, product demonstrations, and site visits.
  1. Continuous Learning:
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in the PEB industry, including new products, technologies, and market trends.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction or PEB industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical aspects of PEB and effectively communicate them to clients.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales within the construction or PEB sector.
  • Knowledge of the local market and industry network.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
