Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our sales team, specializing in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB). The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and a deep understanding of the PEB industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and target potential clients in the construction and infrastructure sectors for PEB solutions.
- Generate leads, conduct sales presentations, and follow up with prospects to convert them into clients.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional support.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, understand industry trends, and keep abreast of competitor activities.
- Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.
- Proposal and Quotation Management:
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients, ensuring they align with company pricing and terms.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaboration with Technical Teams:
- Work closely with the design and engineering teams to ensure that client requirements are clearly communicated and met.
- Coordinate with the project management team to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, highlighting key performance metrics and sales forecasts.
- Event and Trade Show Participation:
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and promote PEB solutions.
- Organize and participate in client meetings, product demonstrations, and site visits.
- Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the PEB industry, including new products, technologies, and market trends.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction or PEB industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical aspects of PEB and effectively communicate them to clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build long-term relationships.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel as required.
