Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Marketing Executive based in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include conducting market research, developing and executing market plans and sales plan, and promoting the Academy's courses and offerings. The role also involves implementing effective sales strategies, bringing in business, building and maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with the team to drive customer engagement and enrollment growth. The role also requires the candidate to recognise potential targets and promote the course.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to identify trends and create tailored strategies
• Strong Sales and Marketing expertise with a proven ability to meet or exceed goals
• Excellent written and verbal Communication skills for client interactions and promotional activities
• Capability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with the team
• Understanding of the culinary or education industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
