We're Hiring: Sales & Marketing Executives – Real Estate

Locations: Hyderabad | Bengaluru | Visakhapatnam (Vizag)

We are looking for energetic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executives with proven experience in the real estate industry to help expand our presence across South India.

Position: Sales & Marketing Executive

Industry: Real Estate / Property Marketplace

Experience: 2–6 Years in Real Estate Sales, Property Marketing, Builder Relations, Channel Partner Management, or Property Listings

Locations: Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Vizag

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard Builders, Developers, Owners & Real Estate Agents onto the Propenu platform
  • Generate business opportunities and build strategic partnerships
  • Meet sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Conduct client presentations and product demonstrations
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and local promotional activities
  • Track market trends and competitor activities

Required Skills:

  • Real Estate Sales & Marketing Experience (Mandatory)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in lead generation and client acquisition
  • Knowledge of local real estate markets
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and digital marketing is an added advantage
