Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic and result-driven professionals who will be responsible for driving audience participation for our physical and virtual events. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in audience acquisition, campaign execution, and lead generation, preferably from a marketing agency background.

This role offers a strong growth path, with high-performing candidates transitioning into the Cloud Sales team based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute audience acquisition strategies for physical and online events
  • Drive registrations through digital campaigns, outbound outreach, partnerships, and database marketing
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure event attendance targets are met
  • Runs email marketing, telephone outreach, LinkedIn outreach, WhatsApp campaigns, and paid promotions (if applicable)
  • Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and partners for audience mobilization
  • Track daily registration numbers and optimize campaigns to improve conversion rates
  • Maintain and update event lead database
  • Ensure quality audience participation aligned with target customer profiles

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in driving audience/lead generation for events
  • Experience working in a marketing agency is preferred
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Hands-on experience in digital marketing tools and CRM systems
  • Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset
  • Basic understanding of B2B marketing is an added advantage
