Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to drive revenue growth, build strong customer relationships, and expand market presence in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in product sales and a strong understanding of market development strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign execution and lead follow-ups
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Good understanding of sales funnel and customer acquisition process
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools
- Willingness to travel within Chennai
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 16 years in Sales & Marketing
- Product sales experience will be an added advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
