Job Title: Sales & Catering Executive

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales & Catering Executive to drive revenue through event sales, catering services, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, coordinating events, and ensuring exceptional service delivery from inquiry to execution.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for catering and events
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable catering/event solutions
- Act as the main point of contact throughout the sales and event process
Event Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate with kitchen, operations, and service teams for event execution
- Ensure all event details (menu, setup, logistics) are accurately communicated
- Oversee event setup and ensure client satisfaction during and after events
Catering Operations Support
- Assist in menu planning and customization based on client requirements
- Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards
- Monitor event budgets and control costs
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
- Update CRM systems with relevant client and sales data
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 25 years of experience in sales, catering, or event management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Preferred Skills
- Experience in hotel, restaurant, or catering industry
- Knowledge of local market trends and client base
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and events
