Position: Sales & Marketing Support Executive

Work_from_Home (Remote)

Night_Shift (USA - 9 AM to 6 PM EST)

We're looking for a motivated and reliable team member to support our sales, outreach, and marketing efforts.

What You'll Do:

Make daily outbound and follow-up calls (including cold calling)

Generate and nurture leads

Manage and optimize HubSpot (pipelines, contacts, workflows)

Keep CRM data organized and up to date

Send outreach emails and assist with marketing materials

Support day-to-day sales and admin tasks

What We're Looking For:

Strong English communication skills

Confident on the phone and comfortable with cold outreach

Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM

Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

Sales mindset with a positive attitude
