Marketing Executive – Lead Generation
We are seeking a result-oriented Marketing Executive specialising in B2B Lead Generation to identify potential customers, initiate contact through multiple channels, qualify leads, manage CRM data, and support business development initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Research
Customer Outreach & Engagement
Cold calling, introductory emails, LinkedIn messaging, and follow-up calls to prospective customers. Schedule meetings, coordinate product presentations, understand requirements, introduce Mechtex products, and qualify prospects.
Exhibition Management
CRM & Market Intelligence
Maintain the customer database, update interaction history, track lead status, and generate weekly reports. Monitor competitor analysis and industry trends, and identify new applications.
Coordination: Liaise with Sales, Marketing, Design, Production, and Management teams on customer requirements and follow-ups.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree (BBA/B.Com/BMS/B.E.); MBA Marketing preferred. 1–3 years in B2B Marketing or Lead Generation preferred.
Required Skills:
MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, CRM Software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Workspace, and Email Marketing Tools. Strong communication, cold calling confidence, relationship building, negotiation, time management, and presentation skills.
