Job Description

Delta4 Infotech Pvt. Ltd. develops cutting-edge AI platforms such as YourGPT and MCP360, empowering businesses to work smarter and accelerate growth.

We are looking for a strategic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive (IT/B2B) who will be responsible for enhancing growth by identifying prospects, building strong client relationships, and expanding the market presence of AI SaaS solutions.

In this role, you will own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation and client engagement to conversion. Collaborating closely with the marketing and tech teams, you will play a key role in growing our customer base and enhancing the visibility of AI-powered products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate quality B2B leads through LinkedIn, email, and cold calling outreach.
  • Conduct reserach to discover the potential clients across various industries.
  • Execute product demonstrations, present real-world AI use cases, and support deal closures.
  • Develop effective sales & outreach strategies to meet targets.
  • Maintain records to track leads, pipeline progress, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing & tech teams to support sales campaigns.
  • Stay updated on AI tools, technology advancements, and market trends to enhance outreach effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in IT Sales.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A results-driven individual with a target-focused mindset to increase the global presence.
  • Who takes ownership of the sales process through a creative approach.
  • Strong verbal, written communication & presentation skills.
  • Good knowledge of AI, SaaS, and B2B tech products.
  • Familiarity with AI related marketing tools( Hubspot AI, Mailchimp, Apollo.io etc).
