We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Executive for a back-office role to support our sales and marketing activities. The candidate should be organized, proactive, and have good communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Support the sales and marketing team with daily back-office operations.
- Prepare sales reports, proposals, presentations, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for lead follow-ups and customer communication.
- Maintain and update customer data, leads, and records.
- Assist in planning and executing basic marketing activities and campaigns.
- Handle email communication and respond to client queries professionally.
- Track sales performance and share regular updates with the team.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a similar back-office role.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- An MBA in Marketing is preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
