Job Description: Sales & Marketing Executive (Fire Fighting & MEP)
Location: Hadapsar, Pune
Experience: 15 years (Fire Fighting / MEP industry preferred)
Industry: Fire Fighting / MEP Services / Construction

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for fire-fighting systems and MEP services.
Generate leads, conduct client visits, and build strong customer relationships.
Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and technical presentations to clients.
Coordinate with the technical and project teams to understand client requirements.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and tenders until final closing.
Maintain regular communication with contractors, consultants, builders, and architects.
Assist in tender documentation, BOQ understanding, and pricing.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Represent the company at exhibitions, marketing events, and client meetings.
Keep updated knowledge of fire-fighting products (hydrants, sprinklers, pumps, detection systems) and MEP services.

Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in Engineering / Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical) or any relevant field.
Good knowledge of fire-fighting systems and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) work.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand technical drawings, BOQ, and tender documents.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of handling field work.
