Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-drivenSales & Marketing Executivesfor ourResidential Solar Projectsin Chennai. This role is ideal for freshers who want to build a career in renewable energy, as well as candidates with up to 2 years of sales or marketing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote residential solar rooftop solutions to individual home owners
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and marketing activities
- Explain solar products, pricing, and benefits to customers
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with the technical team
- Follow up with prospects and close sales
- Maintain customer data and sales reports
- Support marketing campaigns and local promotions
Requirements:
- Any graduate or diploma holder (MBA/Marketing is an added advantage)
- Good communication skills inTamil& English(Hindi is a plus)
- Willingness to work in the field
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing concepts
- Two-wheeler with valid license preferred
- Strong interest in renewable energy / solar industry
