Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive (Field Work)

Salary: 15,000 – 25,000 + Incentives + Fuel allowance

Role Overview We are looking for dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executives to strengthen our brand presence, generate leads, and engage directly with customers through both field and tele‑marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to promote products/services and engage with potential customers
• Distribute marketing materials (flyers, brochures, samples) in targeted areas
• Collect customer data and feedback during campaigns and update CRM with leads
• Make 50–100 calls daily from the database to generate leads
• Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing Manager for daily activity planning
• Execute 3–5 field campaigns/events weekly in assigned locations
• Submit weekly activity and lead generation reports to the Marketing Manager
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align offline and online campaigns
• Track conversion of leads into sales and report bottlenecks
• Conduct competitor mapping and share insights with management
• Carry out B2B visits to expand business reach
• Execute promotional activities such as paper insertions, mall standees, and vehicle tagging
• Plan and execute monthly promotional events, exhibitions, and roadshows
• Achieve assigned monthly lead generation and conversion targets
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends
• Support franchise partners with local marketing activities

• Basic knowledge of reporting and coordination
