Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Marketing Executive, based in Bhubaneswar, with some flexibility for remote work. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing market plans, conducting market research, and identifying new business opportunities. You will work closely with clients to promote and sell products or services, strategize marketing campaigns, and focus on building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Additionally, you will contribute to the overall marketing efforts to meet company goals.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in Market Research and Market Planning to identify trends, demographics, and opportunities
- Strong Communication skills for building relationships and handling negotiations
- Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Marketing to promote services and achieve targets
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to hybrid working conditions
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in sales or marketing is preferred but not mandatory
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and marketing software is a plus
